Annmarie Fairweather has been the HR Chief for Learning Ally since 2008. She is responsible for all of our processes for People, People Management and Talent Management as well as the development of culture. Annmarie has 30 years experience in the field of Human Resources leader. She worked across industries and with groups of managers to reach objectives for business, particularly in times of rapid changes and expansion. Annmarie was a consultant, helping translate human resources and business plans into goals, strategic plans and corporate-wide targets with regard to performance management and organizational, employee involvement, and transformation. She is passionate about learning, and believes that leadership and team development as the most powerful competitive advantage. Her broad experience with medium and small-sized businesses and Fortune 500 organizations in developing and coaching leaders, with proven results and successful outcomes helped cultivate organizations that were able to embrace changes and learning to improve the performance of teams and organizations. Annmarie was motivated to give her talents and energy to help assist Learning Ally's cause. In her spare time she provides assistance for a variety of non-profit organisations. Annmarie is part of the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee, a group dedicated to helping women grow into leaders. Additionally, she provides education for members of the Hospitality Healthcare Network in North America.
