Lindsey Vonn is an American skier, born on the 18th of October, 1984. Her retirement came in 2010 after winning 4 World Cup races and the Olympic gold medal in downhill skiing. She has the second highest overall score of all skiers, female and male. She's one of the most famous and most loved skiers in the past. Caroline Vonn, also known by the name Lindsey Vonn, is an American World Cup alpine racer who is a member of the US Ski Team. She has taken home all-around World Cup competition four times. She is a well-known athlete throughout American history. She's one of just six females in the history of sports to win all five World Cup races for alpine-skiing. She has won the title of 82 World Cup victories in total. Following the World Championships held in Sweden one of the top and most skilled ski racers from America will retire. The athlete retired following a lengthy list of health issues. She announced her retirement on social media.
